Orders and Shipping
All our products will ship out with no charge and will be sent using Australia Post or Startrack.
We do also offer express shipping for a charge if you are super excited and want to get your order asap.
This means if you buy the item and it is not what you wanted or does not fir your car you can return this back to us. Postage will be out your cost if your mistake and at our cost if our mistake.
Please keep the product in as new condition so we can accept these returns. And of course if faulty we will replace under our warranty.
We are all about making our products easy to install so all our head units will come with the required tools to install, adaptor cables and plastic surround to fit your model and year of vehicle.
This means most units can be installed in under 1 hour. You will still require some basic tools like screw drivers and sockets but if you do not own these or do not know how to use a screw driver then we suggest you get someone else to install the unit.
Thats right we only sell high end gear so we will back all of our products with a three year warranty. This is activated automatically once you have ordered online and if you have any issues just get in touch with us and if the product is at fault we will repair or replace it.

This basically never happens as we ensure our items are so well packed. But if the postie has chucked it over the fence while running away from your dog and trying to drink their choco milk and caused damaged to it.
