What’s the go with shipping?
We offer free shipping on all our items. This means it will leave our warehouse in Perth, WA and should be with you in 3-6 days. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is placed. Please be aware that an order placed after 12pm will not ship out until the next day, so you will not get your shipping tracking notification until the following day.
We also offer Express shipping which you can choose at checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Paypal or Stripe so you can pay with either one that you prefer and that means you can pay with any debit, credit card or your Paypal account.
All our card payment gateways are secure and safe with none of your information stored or collected.
How long will the delivery take?
This depends on your shipping address and what method you choose:
Free Shipping: 3-6 days
Express Shipping: 1-4 days
Will it fit my car? How do I tell?
You will see that in the title and the description of the unit it will have the model and years of vehicles that the head unit will suit. If you are still unsure, take a picture of your current dash head unit area and send it to us via email or our live chat and we will point you in the right direction.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, we are an Australian business, so you will get an invoice with GST for your records.
How hard is it to install this unit?
Most cars have easy to remove dash parts and you can pop these off with the tools that come with the head unit. For most models, we try to have videos of how to install the unit in that particular model.
Most units can be installed by a first timer in under 2 hours. And if you get stuck, we are always here to help.
Do you offer an install service?
Sorry but at this time we do not. We are here to help guide you through the process and all our kits come with the adaptor cable kit and dash tools so installing the unit should be as easy as plug-and-play.
If you are still not confident, just get in touch with us and we can point you in the right direction for an installer. They should be able to do it in under 2hrs and will normally cost you below $180.
I had my unit installed by a auto sparky. Can you reimburse cost?
Our units are designed for DIY installation. If the customer decides to take to an auto electrician or a repairer then the cost of this will be at the expense of the customer. Vhedia will bear no responsibility for these expenses. In the event of a return for a faulty item Vhedia will organise and pay for the return shipping costs and provide a replacement unit and help troubleshoot the issue. We will not cover the cost of a third party doing troubleshooting or if they need to rework the replacement unit. We are happy to work directly and contact the third party direct to sort out the issues. Our friendly staff are here to help on our live chat or by phone Monday to Friday.
The Head Unit for my vehicle is not listed?
That’s is not a problem as there is a high chance that we will have this head unit but it is just not listed on our website. Just get in touch with us and we will help you out.
What about Returns?
We have a full and easy return policy. If the product is at fault or anything is wrong we will cover full return and replacement or refund if that is what you are after.
The return will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item in our warehouse Once the return has been processed, we will also notify you once refund has been processed
What are your support options?
